Bad internal batteries in these cars from the factory .This will come with a new battery . These were pulled from the shelf as most had bad internal batteries.  They are awesome little indestructible cars . Videos online . Will come with a new battery ready to be installed .it's not real.hard of your handy .  Buy a couple and have some fun with the kids...........So we are on the same page it will most likely not run until you put the new battery in. takes 10 minutes with a screwdriver and wire cutters. It is built in but not hard to replace if you are a little handy
